Did you know teeth cleaning is an essential part of your health? According to the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), your pet's teeth and gums should be checked by a veterinarian at least once a year. If you notice your pet has especially bad breath, a broken tooth, an extra tooth, excessive tartar, pain in the mouth, or a reduced appetite, it may be time for an exam by a veterinarian and a dental surgery. A dental surgery may include teeth cleaning, teeth polishing, extractions, and repairs.
February is National Dental Health month!
